Our Services
-

Personal Care
What it is: Respectful one-on-one support with daily living needs such as showering, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
How it looks for you: A friendly, familiar support worker who arrives on time, helps with your morning routine, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the day.
How it helps: Personal care support helps you stay independent and maintain dignity, while giving families peace of mind that you are safe and well cared for.
-

Household Help
What it is: Assistance with light household tasks like cleaning, laundry, tidying, and meal preparation.
How it looks for you: We might help tidy the kitchen, put on a load of washing, vacuum the living room, or prepare a healthy meal — giving you a comfortable and organised home.
How it helps: By taking care of the everyday chores, we reduce stress, create a cleaner living space, and give you more time and energy for things you enjoy
-

Transport Assistance
What it is: Safe and reliable transport to medical appointments, shopping trips, social outings, or community programs.
How it looks for you: A support worker arrives, helps you into the car, drives you to your appointment, waits with you if needed, and makes sure you get home safely afterwards.
How it helps: Reliable transport removes barriers, keeps you connected to the community, and ensures you don’t miss important appointments or opportunities.
-

Community Access
What it is: Support to get out and about — whether that’s joining local programs, attending events, or simply enjoying social activities.
How it looks for you: We might accompany you to a community group, a walk in the park, a trip to the movies, or coffee with a friend — always encouraging independence and confidence.
How it helps: Staying active and social is vital for mental health and wellbeing. This support helps you feel included, connected, and more confident in public and social spaces.
-

Respite Care
What it is: Short-term support designed to give families and carers a well-deserved break.
How it looks for you: We step in to provide care while your carer rests, runs errands, or takes time for themselves — ensuring you’re still supported, comfortable, and safe.
How it helps: Respite care benefits both the client and their family. It ensures continuity of care while giving carers time to recharge, which improves everyone’s wellbeing in the long run.
-

Skill Building
What it is: Practical guidance and encouragement to develop everyday life skills, from cooking and budgeting to building routines.
How it looks for you: We might support you to plan a simple meal, shop for ingredients, cook together, or practice managing a budget — always tailored to your abilities and goals.
How it helps: Skill building creates greater independence, confidence, and long-term opportunities. It helps clients take more control of their daily lives and achieve personal goals.
